Our history

A passion for art in the context of study and research in all its forms. Painting, sculpture, and collecting from the 16th century through the early 20th century. Particular focus and attention are given to Impressionist and Expressionist painting and to the Arab-Norman period in Sicily. Free, independent research, unhindered by dogmatic constraints, forms the foundation of a forty-year career. The project to open a museum dedicated to Arab-Norman art and the Knights Templar in Sicily is the driving force behind a very ambitious, ongoing initiative.
