Small two-drawer dresser | 18th cent.

Cabinet of the Emilian or Veneto area, datable to the mid-18th century. It presents balanced proportions and a shaped line on the front and sides. The frame is veneered in walnut, with walnut use framed by light-colored wood fillets. The upper body has two drawers that follow the wavy line of the front. The supports are cabriole, with carved curl feet. Two legs appear to have been restored with non-recent replacements, overall consistent with the cabinet's appearance. Measures: 63 x 30 cm, height 86 cm.
