Antique lacquered and gilded wooden tabernacle of Tuscan provenance dating from the second half of the 18th century- Inside original lock with curtains and door with satin depicting cross- Original in all its parts- mis.width 33 m -d.27 cm-height 33 cm The item in the picture is an antique wooden tabernacle, lacquered and gilded. In Catholic churches, it is an enclosed shrine, usually placed on the altar, used to hold the pyx with the Eucharist.
