It is a nice wooden shrine or urn designed to hold and protect individual sculptures or sacred sculptural groups. It features an upper triangular tympanum reminiscent of classical church facades. Side columns: Two turned wooden columns frame the glass front. Sacred interior: Upholstered in red with fabric curtains, typical of Catholic liturgical furnishings. This type of furniture was used in private chapels, sacristies or above altars to hold: The Blessed Sacrament (as a true tabernacle). Relics of saints.
