Description and details
This is an ancient tabernacle door made of bronze or brass. It features a stylized monstrance in relief in the center. The monstrance has rays of light emanating from a circular section with the monogram "IHS" in the center, surmounted by a cross. The lower base of the door is decorated with floral or cloud motifs in relief.This is a sacred object, dating from an Italian craft workshop specializing in sacred furnishings.
