Antique 18th-century Italian crozier tip-

The object is the tip of a crosier or a similar religious decorative element, dating from the 18th century and of Italian origin. It consists of an ornate carved and gilded wooden frame with scroll motifs. At the center of the frame is a patinated wooden figure depicting a saint or a sacred figure. Base: The piece rests on a dark circular base, a later addition to allow it to be displayed as a tabletop ornament. Dimensions: Height with base 35 cm; height of the artifact 30 cm x width 23 cm
