In the foreground we see folk figures - a woman with child, a fisherman and animals - while on the right a herd crosses the path, contributing to the sense of movement and depth.Particularly notable is the extremely accurate rendering of the masonry of the building: the bricks are described with minuteness and almost analytical precision, lending solidity and realism to the architecture and demonstrating the artist's great technical skill.
