Four turned and gilded wooden curtain rods – 19th century An elegant set of four antique curtain rods from a stately Genoese palace, dating from the second half of the 19th century. Crafted from turned wood and gilded with pure gold, they feature refined craftsmanship with shaped shafts, ring-shaped elements, and molded circular finials. Each curtain rod is complete with its own iron bracket, designed to gather and hold the curtains in place. The gilding retains a beautiful antique patina, with slight signs of aging that attest to the authenticity and period of the pieces.
